The total price of a moving service consists of several factors: the moving truck with driver, the number of movers and working hours, additional services, and arrival/departure travel. In our quote, all of these are clearly itemised – no hidden fees.
You can significantly influence the price through careful preparation. The better your belongings are packed and labelled in advance, the faster the moving team can work – and that shows directly on the final bill. Choosing the right time for your move also matters: on weekday resource days, you get our service 15% cheaper.

We want to be worthy of your trust – and that’s why we always break down costs in our quotes as clearly as possible. Every quote is tailored specifically for your move. It’s worth requesting a quote early so you can still get a flexible start time.
Our hourly pricing is billed in 15-minute increments – so you never pay for full starting hours. If the moving work takes, for example, 2 hours and 20 minutes, the charge is 2.5 hours. In the quote, you’ll also see arrival and departure travel on a separate line – these are based on the same hourly rate but are not part of the actual moving work.
Moving service price – how can you influence it?
The most common questions we hear are: ”How much does it cost to move a two-bedroom apartment from Roihuvuori to Kalasatama?” or ”What does a three-bedroom move cost when the distance is only 400 metres?” However, the price of a moving service depends on many factors: how close we can get with the moving truck, whether there’s a lift, how much stuff there is, how long the distance is, and what additional services are needed. That’s why we always carefully assess your moving needs – often, for example, three movers end up being more cost-effective than two.
You can significantly influence the final price through careful preparation. The better your belongings are packed and labelled in advance, the faster the moving team progresses – and that shows directly on the bill. Unnecessary items are worth selling or donating in advance.
